Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of housekeeping experience including supervisory duties
- knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and inventory management
- strong organizational and communication skills
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and room inspections throughout the day
- professional appearance meeting hotel standards

- minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience including supervisory duties

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals
- conduct daily room inspections to ensure brand and hotel standards are met
- assist in scheduling, inventory control, and ordering of supplies
- provide feedback and coaching to team members regularly
- ensure all guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to standard
- address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally
- coordinate closely with front desk and maintenance teams for room readiness and repairs
