Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to create an environment for housekeeping associates to excel
  • Capable of working independently and adapting to change
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel brand standards
  • Ability to operate housekeeping equipment
  • Good communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Assist with supervising and supporting housekeepers, laundry attendants, and housekeeping aides
  • Assist with training new associates on White Lodging and hotel brand standards
  • Assign specific duties to housekeeping team for efficient operation of the department
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling as needed
  • Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms
  • Capable of performing all hourly functions and operating all equipment in the department
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
