Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
- Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning chemicals

- Prior experience in housekeeping supervision within luxury or upscale hotels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and implement service quality standards

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public spaces
- Conduct detailed inspections to uphold Forbes Four-Star service standards
- Coordinate daily operations and schedules for housekeeping staff
- Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve efficiency and service quality
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly
