Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping or hospitality
  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
  • Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning chemicals

  • Prior experience in housekeeping supervision within luxury or upscale hotels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to conduct thorough inspections and implement service quality standards

  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and collaboration with other departments
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public spaces
  • Conduct detailed inspections to uphold Forbes Four-Star service standards
  • Coordinate daily operations and schedules for housekeeping staff
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Address guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly
