Job Requirements

  • One or more years of housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for cleanliness
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to multitask and make quick thoughtful decisions
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Availability to work weekends holidays and varying shifts

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of housekeeping or supervisor experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and make quick, thoughtful decisions
  • Comfort with using housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and a drive to lead by example
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, corridors, and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Conduct room inspections and follow up on quality issues and maintenance concerns
  • Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistency, morale, and efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling, supply inventory, and daily assignment distribution
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery situations with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hotel policies
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and timely room readiness
  • Jump in as needed to support the team, whether it’s cleaning a room or handling a guest request
