The company’s work culture emphasizes a passionate, fast-moving, and lean business model, where every team member plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience.
The Housekeeping Team at Northgate Resorts is a vital part of this mission, composed of Cabin Attendants, Inspectors, and Laundry Attendants. This team collectively ensures that all park cabins, lodges, and company-owned guest quarters are meticulously cleaned, maintained, and up to the brand’s high cleanliness standards. The role is seasonal, offering full-time or part-time employment with supervision provided by the Executive Housekeeper. The housekeepers contribute directly to the comfort and satisfaction of guests by making sure their accommodations are spotless, properly stocked, and inviting.
Cabin Attendants are tasked with maintaining cleanliness and order in the guest dwellings, handling everything from trash removal to climate control. They also monitor and report any maintenance issues, helping to keep facilities in top condition. Housekeeping Inspectors perform regular and detailed inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met or exceeded and support housekeepers through coaching and accountability. Their administrative responsibilities include communicating room statuses and collaborating closely with the Guest Relations team.
Laundry Attendants play a critical role behind the scenes by managing the cleaning and distribution of linens. They handle sorting, washing, and folding, ensuring that all linens meet brand standards of cleanliness. This position requires attention to detail, ability to manage large loads, and maintenance of laundry equipment.
Candidates for these positions will find opportunities to contribute in various capacities, with tasks ranging from direct cleaning duties to equipment maintenance and administrative support. The roles require physical stamina as well as flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Northgate Resorts fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of background. Joining the Housekeeping Team at Northgate Resorts means becoming part of a dedicated group focused on making a positive impact on guest experiences while engaging in meaningful and dynamic seasonal work.
