The Housekeeping Team at Northgate Resorts plays a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine conditions of park cabins, lodges, and private guest quarters. This team encompasses three main positions: Cabin Attendants, Inspectors, and Laundry Attendants. Each position is charged with distinct responsibilities yet united by the goal of upholding superior cleanliness and operational standards across all guest accommodations and related facilities. Cabin Attendants are tasked with cleaning and preparing guest rooms by managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring that amenities meet company standards. Housekeeping Inspectors conduct rigorous inspections to certify cleanliness meets or exceeds brand expectations, fostering ongoing improvements and mentoring staff for consistent quality assurance. Laundry Attendants handle the crucial support function of managing linen inventory, processing laundry in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, and assisting fellow team members as needed. This seasonal role is essential for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all accommodations are comfortable, clean, and welcoming at all times. - Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Safely maintain assigned housekeeping equipment and supplies
- Ensure cabins are properly stocked and equipped
- Remove trash and used linens from the guestrooms to prepare for cleaning
- Set climate control on approved temperature settings
- Report maintenance issues discovered while cleaning
- Record location and turn in lost and found items
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
