The Housekeeping Staff position at VALLEY VISTA POST-ACUTE plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the facility. Housekeeping Staff are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all assigned areas within the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms, hallways, and administrative spaces. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7.5 hours per day, five days a week, offering an hourly pay rate of $18.50. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- dispose of waste and soiled materials safely and in accordance with facility policies and environmental regulations
- report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly
- follow infection control procedures rigorously to minimize health risks to residents and staff
- assist in setting up rooms for new residents or special events as needed, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
