Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
Job Qualifications
- Past involvement in high-end hospitality or customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Team-oriented outlook with aptitude to collaborate across roles and cultural backgrounds
- Genuine excitement for serving customers and exceeding their expectations
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Legal ability to work in the United States
- Speaking a second language such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean is advantageous
