Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ability to work overnight shifts
- physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods
- ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
- capability to read and visually verify small print
- ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed
- commitment to following company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver items directly to guests in their rooms
- provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and other departments as needed
- ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel by timely and efficient item and service delivery
- maintain professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies
- handle physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 55 pounds
- navigate various hotel areas including narrow, confined, elevated spaces and stairs
- follow safety, quality standards, and confidentiality protocols
