Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full time in a non-management role
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds
- Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to assist guests and coworkers
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physically capable of performing required duties
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms
- Post caution signs and contact departments for urgent repairs
- Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in rooms
- Remove debris, trays, newspapers, linens, and trash from hallways
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
- Follow all safety and security policies and complete necessary training
- Ensure personal and uniform appearance is clean and professional
- Welcome and assist guests, including those with disabilities
- Move and lift objects up to 55 pounds
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
