Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in written and verbal form in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stand and move around the resort for extended periods during the shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled
- Must follow company appearance standards and uniform policy
- Ability to respond appropriately to emergency and safety situations

- Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and supply maintenance

Job Duties
- Report housekeeping office and PBX team at start of shift
- Fulfill and deliver guest requests with the proper presentation
- Inventory and maintain cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash
- Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily
- Offer assistance to guest when requested or needed
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping
- Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily
- Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and calling them in as complete once they have been delivered
- Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards
- Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area
- Consistently maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
- Other duties as assigned by management
