- Minimum one year of hotel Housekeeping Inspector and Supervisor experience
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and guest room cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise the housekeeping team including leading, training, overseeing, and evaluating Room Attendants and Housepersons to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Oversee room readiness by assigning, inspecting, and verifying room status while promptly reporting discrepancies
- Oversee operational logistics such as monitoring work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and managing the lost and found program
- Coordinate maintenance needs by partnering with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
- Support housekeeping operations by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed to maintain service levels
- Delight guests by addressing special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
