We are currently hiring Housekeepers who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, ensuring each area is up to the hotel’s high standards. The role involves cleaning and servicing assigned rooms in a timely and efficient manner, following detailed procedures and hotel guidelines. Housekeepers will manage and maintain a neat, well-stocked linen cart and report any maintenance issues they observe, such as problems with fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems. Security of equipment, keys, and supplies entrusted to the housekeeper is a key responsibility, alongside promptly reporting any lost and found items to supervisors. Additionally, housekeepers are expected to respond to guest requests courteously and expediently, playing a direct role in enhancing guests' overall satisfaction with their stay.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift carry supplies or equipment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • Maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
