Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly
- Replace used towels and replenish toiletries and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and decor
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed
