We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team at Aulani. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring every visitor enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning approximately 14 units per day including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and all furniture and décor within the rooms. This includes making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, cleaning windows and walls, and replacing amenities and supplies. Special attention is given to tasks such as folding towels with unique techniques and replenishing guest room essentials. On specified days, housekeepers perform deep cleaning duties and nightly turndown services for VIP guests, enhancing the guest experience with special touches and attention to detail.

The position requires adaptability and a proactive approach, as housekeepers may work in various areas and conditions with changing schedules. Using personal protective equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively is essential. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about guest interaction, capable of working independently, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.
