The Housekeeping Room Attendant role is vital within the Disneyland Resort Hotel environment, focused on ensuring that guest rooms meet the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort. This position is responsible for the upkeep and replenishment of all guest accommodations, ranging from standard studios to deluxe suites and vacation club villas. Cast Members in this role are expected to clean at least 13 rooms daily, adhering strictly to established operational standards. Responsibilities include making and changing bedding, dusting furniture, vacuuming, and keeping patios and balconies clean. Additionally, attendants are tasked with restocking amenities like linens and toiletries and managing specialized cleaning tasks such as changing shower liners and curtains on a scheduled basis.

Job Duties
- cleaning up to 13 units per day and additional if needed
- making and changing bedding of all types
- dusting furniture, vacuuming, and folding towels
- touching up windows, walls, and baseboards and cleaning patio/balconies, floors, and furniture
- cleaning bathrooms daily
- replacing amenities in the guest rooms and folding towels
- changing shower liner and curtains on certain days
- stocking carts and/or baskets with amenities and linen/terry
- replacing any items utilized by guests during their stay, such as portable cribs, rollways, coffee makers, ironing board, or refrigerators
- cleaning and/or replacing glasses, mugs, coffee makers, and carafes when servicing the rooms
- delivering clean glasses to each floor at the beginning of the shift and have the dirty glasses brought down to the basement at the end of the shift
- deep cleaning as assigned on a special project days
