As a Guest Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to clean and maintain guest room areas, including bedrooms and bathrooms, adhering strictly to the company standards. This role is crucial in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests and upholding the reputation of our hotel. Apart from cleaning, you will organize and stock the cleaning carts and linen closets, manage paperwork with accuracy, and respond to special guest requests promptly. This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the discipline to work independently while also being an integral part of the housekeeping team that ensures excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction. Depending on hotel needs, flexibility is essential as work schedules may vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean and maintain the guest room areas, including bathroom and bedroom, according to company standards
  • organize and stock cleaning cart, and organize linen closets as assigned
  • complete assigned paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
  • perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning spills or executing special guest requests
