Currently, Midas Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join the team at the Element hotel located in Springfield, MO. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction synonymous with the company's stellar reputation. The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the guest rooms are clean, orderly, and well-stocked with essential amenities according to brand, company, and guest expectations. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of cleaning and organization tasks that range from sorting linens to replenishing guest supplies, ensuring the room environment is both welcoming and hygienic. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- drug-free workplace compliance
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Sorts, counts, folds, marks or carries linens
- makes beds
- replenishes guestroom supplies such as coffee, glasses, shampoo, soap and other amenities
- sweeps and scrubs bathroom floors
- empties wastebaskets
- scrubs bathroom vanity, toilet, mirrors, walls and bathroom fan
