Archer Hotel Napa boasts exceptional amenities such as the vibrant Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar, Water Deck, Rooftop Spa, Fitness Studio, and over 22,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces. Recognized as a AAA Four Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Recommended property, the hotel prides itself on thoughtful touches, local discoveries, and consistently earns top rankings on trusted review sites due to its commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
Archer Hotel Napa is part of LodgeWorks, a privately held hotel development and management company with a rich heritage spanning over 35 years. Although the LodgeWorks name is not typically visible in the hotel brands it manages, its culture profoundly influences its portfolio of 18 exceptional hotels across the United States, including award-winning properties like the Archer Hotel boutique collection as well as brands such as Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Aloft, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn. With more than 950 employees nationwide, LodgeWorks fosters a culture grounded in Midwestern hospitality, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
The Housekeeping Attendant position at Archer Hotel Napa plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable stay by maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in guest rooms and public spaces. This hourly role, offering a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, is essential to creating a welcoming and luxurious environment. Housekeeping Attendants at Archer Hotel are responsible for delivering and exceeding guest expectations through thorough cleaning, styling rooms to brand standards, attending promptly to guest requests, and contributing positively to the overall hotel operations. This role requires individuals who are hardworking, service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing physical demands associated with the position.
This role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks such as making beds, replacing linens and amenities, dusting and polishing furnishings, vacuuming, sanitizing guest rooms and restrooms, and executing deep-cleaning tasks. Housekeeping Attendants must adhere to LodgeWorks and OSHA standards, especially concerning the handling of chemicals and safety practices. The position demands professionalism in appearance and conduct, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and management. Attendants are also entrusted with reporting lost and found items and supporting other duties as assigned to maintain seamless hotel operations.
Working at Archer Hotel Napa means becoming part of a team that values dedication, hospitality, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 60 pounds, and willing to follow detailed guidelines and procedures. Prior experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning is a plus, but a passion for hospitality and eagerness to contribute to a positive work culture are essential. At LodgeWorks, housekeeping team members are not only responsible for cleanliness but are also crucial to crafting the guest experience. The company offers a supportive environment where employees are recognized for their contributions and provided with opportunities for growth and professional development.
