Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a luxury hospitality experience
- Be helpful to the guests in a courteous manner at all times, and inform Supervisor or Housekeeping Management of any requests
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
