Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- flexible to work long hours
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and stand throughout entire shift
- ability to convey information clearly

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with Expotel Hospitality Service standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag
- comply with Expotel Hospitality Service regulations to promote safe and efficient operations
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees
- thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
- replenish chemical bottles
- clean room with door closed unless requested otherwise by the guest
- report all missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- report maintenance repairs immediately
- handle lost and found items per standards
- attend meetings/training as required
- perform other duties as requested by management
