The Jefferson Hotel is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall comfort of guest rooms to ensure a consistently high standard of service. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and suites according to the hotel standards, ensuring that guests experience a welcoming and spotless environment throughout their stay. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in helping create a clean and inviting atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, with typical shifts starting at 9:00 AM, and end times subject to business needs. Physical endurance is essential as the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience within the hospitality industry is preferred, along with a professional demeanor that includes maintaining a neat, well-groomed appearance and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Beyond basic cleanliness, our Room Attendants ensure that guest rooms are fully stocked with linens, amenities, and room supplies, inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly, and respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently. Effective communication with team members and supervisors is key to supporting daily operations and maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness in assigned areas.
