Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas
- making beds and replacing linens
- restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and snacks
- emptying trash cans and removing refuse
- identifying and reporting maintenance issues or damages
- responding to guest requests in a professional manner
- keeping common areas clean and free of obstructions
- adhering to established cleaning and laundry procedures
- upholding guest privacy and security at all times
