Job Description

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is a distinguished collection of luxury hotels and resorts known for providing exceptional service and memorable experiences to their guests. Unlike many other hotel chains, each Noble House property is uniquely designed to reflect its local culture and community, ensuring that every stay is both distinctive and personal. The company prides itself on its core values of Caring, Integrity, and Respect, and builds a team that embraces these principles while promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment. The Portofino Hotel, a prominent member of the Noble House family, is nestled on the private Redondo Beach peninsula in Southern California. This picturesque location offers guests a luxurious retreat with a variety of amenities including 161 guest rooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet facilities, engaging guest activities, and a 181-slip marina. The hotel’s proximity to the lively communities of Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach makes it an attractive destination for travelers and locals alike.

As a Room Attendant at Portofino Hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Your daily efforts contribute directly to creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and fosters positive guest memories. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel’s housekeeping department, responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of guest rooms. By focusing on the guest experience with care and professionalism, you help uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.

The role demands a mix of skills including multitasking, physical stamina, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Successful candidates are hardworking and thrive on providing outstanding service with a friendly and approachable demeanor. This opportunity offers competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. Employees also receive complimentary meals, discounted rates at Noble House properties for themselves and their families, and access to career development programs to support professional growth within the company. The inclusive work environment promotes authenticity and encourages team members to bring their true selves to work. Joining our team means becoming part of a close-knit family where your contributions matter and your personal development is valued.

If you are someone who enjoys making a difference through your work, values a supportive workplace, and wants to be part of a respected luxury hotel brand, the Room Attendant position at Portofino Hotel offers a rewarding career path with ample opportunities for growth and learning.
