Job Requirements
- one year experience as housekeeping-room attendant or equivalent experience and training desired
- prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
- must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- requires basic computer skills
- ability to work on am, pm, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
- willing to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- clean and supply all assigned guest rooms and guest areas according to department procedures and standards
- report damage and mechanical deficiencies
- provide excellent customer service to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment and carts
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with special requests and guest needs
