We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces within the hotel. The Housekeeping Team Member will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas meet our cleanliness and maintenance standards, thus contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment. Responsibilities include regularly inspecting guest rooms and public areas to identify cleanliness issues and maintenance needs, collaborating closely with Floor Managers to support the productivity and performance of Guest Room Attendants, and promptly addressing guest complaints and requests with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing time in a fast-paced setting. This position requires comfort with handling cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and pushing loaded carts weighing up to 75 pounds. Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also necessary to meet business demands. Our housekeeping team members are expected to uphold company appearance standards and practice safety and emergency procedures consistently.
