Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have an open and flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, weekend, and holiday availability
- Must be comfortable standing, kneeling, and walking for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling a moderate amount of weight throughout the shift
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning mirrors, windows (inside and out), dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, and maintaining public restrooms
- Engage with guests regularly, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with a smile
- Work closely with other team members to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Be prepared to push and pull moderate weights as part of daily tasks
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards in public areas
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently
