Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand walk and perform repetitive cleaning activities for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Basic proficiency with cleaning equipment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Keep public areas spotless including restrooms hallways stairwells elevators offices and event spaces by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting polishing furniture vacuuming mopping floors shampooing carpets washing windows and emptying trash
- Delighting guests by greeting them warmly answering questions and resolving service requests promptly
- Supporting housekeeping operations by assisting in guest room cleaning and fulfilling service requests when needed

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to ensure a positive guest experience
