As a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant at Homestead, you will play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal within our luxurious hotel setting. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the lobby area and public spaces are consistently neat, polished, and welcoming to guests. This includes tasks such as dusting and vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors to ensure they are free from marks and debris. Additionally, you will be tasked with removing trash, restocking cleaning and guest supplies, and promptly responding to guest inquiries and requests encountered in the lobby. This role requires a friendly, outgoing personality combined with excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service, making it an ideal position for those who thrive in guest-facing roles in a vibrant hospitality environment.
