We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Housekeeping Porter to join our team. This crucial role supports the overall mission of Stonebridge at Montgomery by ensuring that all areas of the community remain clean, sanitary, safe, and inviting. The Housekeeping Porter will work closely under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor and will be an integral part of maintaining the high standards that our community is known for. The position offers full-time employment with a competitive hourly pay rate between $18 and $20, reflecting the experience and dedication of the successful candidate.

As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for performing daily housekeeping duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash baskets throughout resident rooms and common areas. An important aspect of this role is the cleaning and sanitizing of bathroom fixtures and other communal spaces to uphold hygiene standards. You will also handle and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with OSHA standards to ensure the safety of staff and residents alike. Maintaining equipment and supplies in good order and storing them properly after each use is essential for smooth operations.

Candidates seeking this position should expect to be a key contributor to the upkeep of the community's cleanliness and safety, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents and a positive workplace for staff members. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to cleaning schedules, and a proactive approach to personal and environmental safety. Experience with floor tools and carpet cleaners is highly preferred, as is prior housekeeping experience of at least one year.
