The Residence Inn Denver Tech Center by Highgate is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to join their hospitality team located in Greenwood Village, CO. This hourly position, starting at $15.00 per hour, offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. The House Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the immaculate condition of the hotel’s public and guest areas, performing tasks such as buffing marble floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and assisting with luggage and lost and found items. This role is essential in upholding the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming, clean, and orderly environment. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and staff. The House Attendant will also support the housekeeping team by handling special projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager and maintaining all relevant hotel equipment and storage areas properly.   • experience in a hotel or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards
  • shampoo carpets in the public areas according to hotel standards
  • shampoo furniture as needed
  • handle all requests for luggage assistance in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner
  • handle items for lost and found according to hotel standards
  • clean guestrooms as needed
  • have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures
  • maintain hotel equipment in proper working order
  • maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area
  • complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
  • ensure overall guest satisfaction
