Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight
Available to work holidays and weekends
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replenish supplies
Communicate courteously with guests and respond to their requests
Report any maintenance issues or damages in rooms
Adhere to Hyatt’s hygiene and safety standards
Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
