Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

  • a true desire to deliver exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness of facility participant rooms and public space
  • ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
  • the ideal candidate for this position will display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants
  • ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight for the duration of shift
  • ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill daily tasks
  • able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • willingness to assist in other housekeeping areas as needed and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • replenishing supplies and equipment as needed
  • changing bed linens and making beds in guest rooms
  • cleaning and restocking guest room bathrooms
  • ensuring all assigned rooms are cleaned appropriately during scheduled hours
  • reporting necessary maintenance items as needed
