Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to deliver exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness of facility participant rooms and public space
- ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
- the ideal candidate for this position will display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants
- ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight for the duration of shift
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill daily tasks
- able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
- willingness to assist in other housekeeping areas as needed and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- replenishing supplies and equipment as needed
- changing bed linens and making beds in guest rooms
- cleaning and restocking guest room bathrooms
- ensuring all assigned rooms are cleaned appropriately during scheduled hours
- reporting necessary maintenance items as needed
