As part of the prestigious KPMG brand, the Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, providing comfortable and private accommodations for every visitor. Spanning over 100,000 square feet, the facility offers versatile multi-purpose meeting spaces suited for various events, conferences, and gatherings. Guests can enjoy dining from four unique food and beverage venues, including a large 500-plus seat three-meal venue that features eight distinct culinary experiences, ensuring a diverse and satisfying gastronomic adventure. The role of Housekeeper | Room Attendant at KPMG Lakehouse is integral to maintaining the facility's cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for ensuring the participant rooms, including 800 luxurious king bed rooms, are pristine and welcoming. Duties include replenishing supplies and equipment, changing bed linens, making beds, cleaning and restocking guest room bathrooms, and making sure all assigned rooms are cleaned appropriately within scheduled hours. Additionally, the Housekeeper is expected to report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the environment remains safe and functional. This role demands high attention to detail, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
