Your presence and care will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for guests, contributing directly to lasting brand loyalty.

The Housekeeping Houseperson position at Hyatt offers an hourly wage of $20.50, with eligibility for overtime, shift differentials, premium pay, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards under certain circumstances. Employees are valued and supported through comprehensive training programs designed to develop skills and foster career growth within the hotel industry. This full-time position demands flexibility, with shifts available between 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and requiring availability on weekends and holidays.

At Hyatt, we understand that our employees are the backbone of our success, which is why we provide a wide array of benefits to support your health, work-life balance, and long-term financial security. Regular health benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage effective after just 30 days of employment. In addition, we offer unique employee perks such as free and discounted room nights, friends and family rates at Hyatt properties, discounts on food and beverage, and exclusive savings on technology and wellness products. Our commitment extends to retirement support through 401(k) matching and employee stock purchase plans, alongside paid time off which includes new child leave.

Choosing Hyatt means joining a company that invests in your growth through tuition reimbursement and a robust training curriculum that equips you for advancement within the hospitality industry. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive work environment where colleagues can thrive, feel supported, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.
