Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience beneficial
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform lifting and standing for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a fast pace under supervision
- Willingness to assist various teams within housekeeping department
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible work availability to include weekends, evenings (preferred), and holidays
- Refined communication skills
- Able to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift
Job Duties
- Respond to guest and colleague requests providing needed assistance
- Support room attendants by stocking all landings with necessary housekeeping supplies
- Assist in processing hotel and guest laundry
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas and guest rooms
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Perform special projects as assigned to support housekeeping team
- Lift, push, and pull moderate weight items
