Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Well organized
- Strong problem solving skills
- Bilingual highly desirable

Job Duties
- Receive all keys, worksheets, and sign-in sheets for assigned area and distribute information to the Room Attendants and floor staff as needed
- Inspect all assigned rooms, areas, and room attendant carts to ensure all set ups are in order
- Administer direction and supervision to floor staff as needed
- Assist with administering disciplinary action, as required
- Ensure employees are trained in Company standards, procedures, and daily one-on-one training
- Perform other related duties as assigned
