We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Laundry Manager to join our esteemed Housekeeping and Laundry Leadership Team. This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $80,169 to $86,600, dependent on experience, qualifications, and education. This important role focuses on assisting in the management and oversight of all housekeeping operations, including public areas, night cleaning, and laundry services to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met within the hotel. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Laundry Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining an immaculate environment for our guests and staff while ensuring all safety and security protocols are meticulously followed.

An expert in the use of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars, the successful candidate will have experience handling turndown services and catering to the special needs of VIP guests and foreign dignitaries, emphasizing attention to luxury and detail. Key responsibilities involve staff training, development, and scheduling to cultivate a motivated and skilled team that consistently delivers outstanding performance. This role requires a proactive approach with strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with guests, team members, and various departments throughout the hotel. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms leadership experience
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to manage housekeeping and laundry operations effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry supplies and safety standards
  • experience with VIP guest services and turndown service
  • proven ability to train and develop staff

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
