Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hospitality or administrative support role preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal skills
- fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English preferred
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- Assist with room attendant assignments
- follow up on Lost & Found items
- oversee guestroom readiness
- maintain high guest and employee contact

- organize housekeeping department office duties
