This job opening is for a full-time, seasonal Housekeeping Manager position covering the Spring and Summer 2026 season, running from April 22, 2026, to October 17, 2026. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that Pursuit promises. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee all facets of housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and team areas meet Pursuit’s quality and safety standards. This role includes managing staff schedules, ordering supplies, inventory management, discipline, and quality control through room inspections.
The Housekeeping Manager serves as a bridge between the housekeeping team, front desk, and lodge management to prepare clean and welcoming rooms for arriving guests. Job Requirements
- 1-2 years housekeeping management experience required
- prior high-volume hotel or seasonal housekeeping experience preferred
- valid US driver’s license required
- demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to team and guest
- ability to work solo or as part of a team
- commitment to safety first and highest cleaning and sanitizing standards
- organized with keen attention to detail
- good communication skills with willingness to suggest ideas and solutions
