Job Requirements
- Two or more years supervisory experience in housekeeping management
- Experience in luxury hospitality or guest services
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines
- Computer skills preferably Opera PMS
- Ability to walk 90 to 95 percent of the workday
- Capability to perform physical activities including walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull heavy equipment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years supervisory experience in housekeeping management
- At least two years experience in luxury hospitality or guest services
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and attention to detail
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Computer literacy with preference for Opera PMS experience
Job Duties
- Monitor daily operations of housekeeping department including guest rooms and public areas cleanliness
- Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to meet high standards
- Oversee housekeeping budget and inventory of cleaning supplies
- Document cleaning activities and report room damage or maintenance needs
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to provide direction and assistance
- Handle guest relation issues effectively and promptly
- Ensure cleaning equipment is functional and arrange repairs as needed
