This full-time, management position within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations department is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations related to front office, engineering/maintenance, and housekeeping functions. The role involves overseeing staff and leading a team geared towards exceeding property goals that maximize guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance. The annual pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $73,000 and includes eligibility for bonuses. As a Rooms Operations Manager, the individual will take part actively in all facets of rooms operations, including leading and mentoring team members by translating strategic goals into actionable plans that enhance guest tracking, productivity, and quality service delivery. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies that address areas of improvement identified through guest and employee satisfaction results, maintaining a robust service culture while upholding professionalism in guest and employee interactions. The manager will also assist with scheduling, maintain key control programs, and ensure operational standards are met or exceeded.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
  • or 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area

Job Qualifications
