The role of Housekeeping Manager at Touchmark at Coffee Creek is vital to sustaining the community's high standards of cleanliness, order, and hospitality. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years experience in housekeeping management
  • Experience in resort or retirement community housekeeping preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of housekeepers
  • Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Ensure all community areas are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness
  • Visit residents to assess the quality of housekeeping services
