We are seeking a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the operation by establishing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Your leadership will be crucial in coaching and motivating housekeepers, supervisors, and laundry staff to perform their best. You will be entrusted with creating clear expectations, developing effective workflows, and fostering a respectful and positive work environment. Your proactive approach will help recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team committed to excellence.

This role requires an individual who enjoys hands-on leadership and is comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining calm under pressure. You will collaborate closely with other hotel departments such as Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are guest-ready and maintenance issues are promptly addressed. Oversight of labor scheduling, inventory management, supply procurement, and departmental budgeting will also fall under your responsibilities.
