Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and lead housekeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Manage housekeeping budget including labor costs, inventory of cleaning supplies, and amenities
- Oversee ordering, stocking, and usage of housekeeping supplies ensuring proper inventory control
- Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met and address issues
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping team fostering a positive work environment
