Job Description

Touchmark at Coffee Creek is a distinguished full-service retirement community located in Edmond, dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents and their families through exceptional five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. Renowned for its commitment to excellence, Touchmark operates under the core values of ETHIC — Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion — which guide every task and interaction within the community, from personal caregiver assistance to the upkeep of the grounds. These values form the foundation of a supportive and mission-driven environment where residents are treated with the utmost respect and care. Touchmark proudly embraces the motto: I Am An Ally, I Am A Friend, I Am A Giver, emphasizing the importance of connection, kindness, and generosity among staff and residents alike.

As the Housekeeping Manager at Touchmark at Coffee Creek, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the community’s high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation. This leadership role is essential in creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for residents by ensuring that all housekeeping areas are maintained at the highest standard every day. You will have the unique opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of housekeepers, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and service excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations and making regular visits to residents, which allows you to directly assess and ensure the quality of cleaning services being rendered.

This position demands a leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to Touchmark’s guiding values. The ideal candidate is someone who not only possesses experience in housekeeping management but also demonstrates a "can do" attitude and a deep appreciation for maintaining a five-star site appearance within a retirement or resort community environment. The role requires physical stamina to fulfill daily tasks involving walking, standing, bending, and lifting, and the ability to use computer technology for reporting and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications.

Touchmark’s culture thrives on compassion and integrity, and as Housekeeping Manager, you are expected to exhibit patience and tact when interacting with residents, their families, visitors, and fellow team members. Flexibility is also key as this role requires availability to cover weekends and adjust to the dynamic needs of the community. In return, Touchmark offers a competitive salary and an enriching work environment where your leadership contributes directly to the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.

Touchmark strongly supports its employees through an excellent benefits package, highlighting its dedication to providing the best work environment that matches the level of care delivered to its residents. By joining Touchmark at Coffee Creek, you are not just taking a job; you are becoming part of a community that values empathy, safety, and exemplary service, where you can grow professionally and personally while making a meaningful difference every day.
