We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to join the team at Aventura at Carriage Inn. This critical leadership position will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations within the facility, ensuring that the environment remains clean, organized, and safe for both residents and staff. The Housekeeping Manager will lead by example, emphasizing attention to detail and operational excellence while supervising and supporting a dedicated housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily housekeeping activities, including managing guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and storage spaces. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping management or supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health safety and workplace regulations
