We are currently seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. This role requires a person who not only has a passion for hospitality and cleanliness but also an analytical mindset capable of streamlining processes and efficiently managing resources. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for identifying challenges within the housekeeping department and implementing insightful solutions. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver outstanding service consistently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing will help foster a motivated, engaged team that meets the demands of a 24-hour operation.

The role comes with an annualized salary of $82,000 and offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth, especially since we encourage leading by example. Prior experience of at least two years in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is essential. Additionally, a post-secondary diploma or degree is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations, a strong leadership background, and a proven track record of engaging both guests and team members while managing financial performance effectively.
