Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of housekeeping experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Experience preferably in a full-service or branded hotel
- Ability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly and address deficiencies promptly
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs
- Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain accurate reports, inspections, and staff records
- Support a positive team environment and assist with other operational duties as needed
