The role of Rooms Operations Manager involves assisting in managing all operational activities within the rooms departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. This position is crucial in ensuring all team members are aligned with company goals, with a strong focus on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the departments. The manager will lead initiatives to improve service quality, enforce compliance with operational standards, and foster an environment of motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Availability for full-time schedule at Houston location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of guest service culture and hospitality standards
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and improve departmental performance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
