Job Requirements
- High school diploma or business degree required
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Capability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Ability to use housekeeping equipment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Compliance with hotel safety and sanitation standards
